ONE LAKH FIFTY TWO THOUSAND ADDITIONAL BERTHS CREATED TO CATER EXTRA RUSH.

In view to clear wait listed passengers during summer, East Coast Railway has decided to run 10 pairs of weekly summer special trains between Bhubaneswar & New Delhi,Puri& Shirdi, Puri & Sealdah, Puri & Asansol, Visakhapatnam & Quilon,Visakhapatnam & Renigunta, Visakhapatnam & Nanded, Hatia & Yeswantpur, Santragachhi & Chennai Central from & through its jurisdiction by creating one lakh fifty five thousand three hundred fourteen additional berths.

02281/02282Bhubaneswar-New Delhi-Bhubaneswar weekly special train will leave Bhubaneswar at 08.10hrs o­n every Wednesday between 3^rd April to 26th June 2013 and will arrive at New Delhi at 06.05hrs o­n the Thursday. In the return direction, this train will leave New Delhi at 13.00hrs o­n every Thursday between 4^th April to 27^th June 2013 and will arrive at Bhubaneswar at 11.05hrs o­n every Friday.

03102/03101 Puri-Sealdah-Puri weekly special train will leave Puri at 23.35hrs o­n every Sunday between 14^thApril to 30^th June 2013 and will arrive at Sealdah at 10.35hrs o­n the next day. In the return direction, this train will leave Sealdah at 12.35hrs o­n every Sunday between 14^th April to 30^th June 2013 and will arrive at Puri at 22.00hrs o­n the same day.

03515/03516Puri-Asansol-Puri weekly special train will leave Puri at 13.45hrs o­n every Saturday between 13^th April to 29^th June 2013 and will arrive at Asansol at 03.00hrs o­n the next day. In the return direction, this train will leave Asansol at 01.00hrs o­n every Saturday (Friday night) between 13^th April to 29^th June 2013 and will arrive at Puri at 12.20hrs o­n the same day.

08635/08636Hatia-Yeshwantpur-Hatia weekly special train will leave Hatia at 09.40hrs o­n every Thursday between 4^th April to 27^th June 2013 and will arrive at Yeshwantpur at 22.00hrs o­n the next day. In the return direction, this train will leave Yeshwantpur at 08.30hrs o­n every Saturday between 6^th April to 29^th June 2013 and will arrive at Hatia at 21.30hrs o­n the Next day.

08041/08042Santragachhi-Chennai Central-Santragachhi weekly special train will leave Santragachhi at 19.10hrs o­n every Saturday between 6^th April to 29^thJune 2013 and will arrive at Chennai Central at 22.45hrs o­n Sunday. In the return direction, this train will leave Chennai Central at 07.30hrs o­n every Monday between 8^th April to 1^st July 2013 and will arrive at Santragachhi at 11.00hrs o­n Tuesday.

02746 Puri-Sai Nagar Shirdi Special train will leave Puri at 23.35hrs o­n every Friday between 5^thApril to 28^th June 2013 and will arrive at Sai Nagar Shirdi at 08.25hrs o­n Sundays. In the return direction, 02745 Sai Nagar Shirdi-Puri Special will leave Sai Nagar Shirdi at 13.00hrs o­n every Sunday between 7^th April to 30^th June 2013 and will arrive at Puri at 22.55hrs o­n the following days.

08509 Visakhapatnam- Nanded Special train already leaving Visakhapatnam at 19.30hrs o­n every Tuesday between 5^th March to 25^th June 2013 and arriving at Nanded at 14.35hrs o­n the next days. In the return direction, 08510 Nanded-Visakhapatnam Special is leaving Nanded at 16.15hrs o­n every Wednesday between 6^th March to 26^th June 2013 and arriving at Visakhapatnam at 10.15hrs o­n the following days.

08569/08570 Visakhapatnam- Quilon-Visakhapatnam Special train is already running between 21^st March to 27^th June 2013 from Visakhapatnam and between 22^nd March to 28^thJune from Quilon. Similarly, 08561/08562 Visakhapatnam-Renigunta-Visakhapatnam is also running between 17^th March to 30^th June from Visakhapatnam anf between 18^th March to 1^st July 2013 from Renigunta.

In view to clear wait listed passengers in regular trains towards Rourkela and to provide better passenger comforts to the commuters, especially to the students who are going to appear examination, East Coast Railway has decided to run special trains between Puri & Rourkela and Bhubaneswar & Chakradharpur via Rourkela.

08446/08445Puri-Rourkela-Puri special train will leave Puri at 05.25hrson 6^thApril 2013 (Saturday) and will arrive at Rourkela at 15.30hrs o­n the same day. In the return direction, this train will leave Rourkela at 21.45hrs o­n 7^thApril 2012 (Sunday) and will arrive at Puri at 09.35hrs o­n the following day.

Another pair of special08464/08463Bhubaneswar-Rourkela-Chakradharpur-Bhubaneswar Examination special train will leave Bhubaneswar at 09.15hrs on 6^th April 2012 (Saturday) and will arrive at Chakradharpur at 21.00hrs o­n the same day. In the return direction, this train will leave Chakradharpur at 22.00hrs on 7^th April 2012 (Sunday) and will arrive at Bhubaneswar at 08.15hrs o­n the following day.
